TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bridal Makeup & Skin Packages

1. Booking & Payment

All bridal skin packages must be paid in full at the time of booking. This secures your wedding date and allows us to plan and schedule your complete skin preparation journey.

2. Skin Treatment Scheduling

Bridal packages include a structured skin preparation plan. It is the client’s responsibility to book all recommended treatments in advance to ensure availability and appropriate timing before the wedding date.

Failure to book or attend scheduled treatments may affect your results. We cannot be held responsible for outcomes where the recommended treatment plan has not been followed.

3. Consultation Requirement

All advanced skincare treatments require an initial consultation and patch testing where necessary. These must be completed within the required timeframe before treatment can commence.

4. Commitment to Your Skin Plan

The best results are achieved through consistency. By purchasing a bridal skin package, you agree to follow the recommended treatment schedule, homecare advice, and any skincare products advised as part of your personalised plan.

5. Subscription Skin Plans

Clients enrolled in a subscription skin plan agree to a minimum commitment period of three months unless otherwise stated.

Subscription payments are collected automatically on the agreed monthly payment date. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available.

Unused treatments do not roll over beyond the agreed validity period unless agreed in writing.

Subscription treatments are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, products, or alternative services.

Should a payment fail, treatments and subscription benefits may be suspended until the outstanding balance has been settled.

Cancellation of a subscription before the minimum commitment period has been completed will require payment of any outstanding balance for treatments already received at their standard individual treatment price.

After the minimum term has ended, subscriptions may be cancelled by providing 30 days’ written notice.

6. Non-Refundable Policy

All bridal skin packages and subscription payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

7. Cancellations

In the event of a wedding cancellation, all payments remain non-refundable due to the planning, administration, and appointment time reserved.

8. Bridal Trial

Makeup trials are recommended and may be included depending on your chosen package. Trials should be completed before the wedding date.

9. Changes to Booking

Changes to your wedding date are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

10. Liability

We are not responsible for adverse reactions or treatment outcomes where medical history, allergies, medications, pregnancy, or skin conditions have not been fully disclosed prior to treatment.

11. Photography Consent

Photographs and videos may be taken before, during, or after treatments and used for marketing, social media, website content, and educational purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.

Makeup Only Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee of 20% is required to secure your wedding date. No dates will be reserved without receipt of this payment.

2. Minimum Booking Requirement

A minimum of three makeup services (including the bride) is required for all bridal bookings.

Bookings that do not meet this minimum may still be accepted at our discretion but will be charged at the equivalent minimum booking value.

3. Payment Schedule

• 75% of the total balance is due 90 days before the wedding date. This payment is non-refundable.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than seven days before the wedding date.

Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of your booking.

4. Cancellations

• The 20% booking fee is non-refundable.

• The 75% payment due 90 days before the wedding is non-refundable.

• Cancellations made after the final balance has been paid remain non-refundable.

5. Bridal Trial

Bridal trials are highly recommended and are charged separately unless otherwise stated within your package.

6. Bridal Party Numbers

Final bridal party numbers must be confirmed before the 90-day payment deadline. Any reductions after this point will still be charged in full.

7. Changes to Booking

Requests to add or remove services are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

8. Travel & Location

Travel fees may apply depending on location. Any parking charges, congestion charges, tolls, or overnight accommodation (where required) are the responsibility of the client.

9. Timings & Schedule

A detailed schedule will be agreed before the wedding day. All members of the bridal party must be ready at their allocated times to avoid delays. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by clients not being ready.

10. Client Responsibility

Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or skin concerns before their appointment. We cannot accept responsibility for reactions where this information has not been provided.

11. Sickness & Emergency Cover

In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, every reasonable effort will be made to arrange a trusted professional replacement artist.

If a suitable replacement cannot be arranged, a refund will be provided for any services that cannot be fulfilled. No further liability or compensation will be accepted.

12. Behaviour

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services where inappropriate, abusive, threatening, or unsafe behaviour is experienced.

13. Photography

Photographs and videos may be taken for portfolio, website, marketing, and social media purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

14. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable in accordance with the payment schedule outlined above.
